Join hands with your families, friends and beloved pets to become volunteer rescuers of abandoned animals. 

The SAA fundraising event of flag-selling has been approved by the Social Welfare Department.  

The Social Welfare Department has given approval to three organizations to conduct regional flag sale in HK Island region, Kowloon region and N.T region respectively on 2 September 2017. SAA has permission to sell flags in the N.T region under Permit No: (FD/R044/2017)
