29 th October 2011 Howl-o-ween Fun Day by the Society for Abandoned animals

On 29 th October 2011, SAA hosted the Howl-O-Ween Fun day at the Green Terrace on the top floor of the Peak Galleria, Hong Kong.

The event was fun filled with booths selling charity raffle tickets, balloon art, Halloween make up booth, and the award ceremony for the best dressed up Halloween pet costume.

We were very fortunate to have many pet loving artists supporting the event, participating with their pets and sharing their stories as pet owners. These include : Miss Elena Kong, Miss Jill Vidal, Miss Renee Dai, Mr. Jason Chung and Miss Kerene Mak.

The atmosphere was rich with Halloween decor, many pets came in their costumes for the “pet dress up” contest. After some fierce competition, 5 pets came through as the most well dressed Halloween winners.

We were able to raise HK$7009 through the event. All proceeds will be used for the medical fund for the aged & disabled animals in the society.
